| The process of photo etching starts by degreasing and cleaning the raw material. After coating the material with photoresist, the patterns on the photomasks are printed on both sides of the material with an exposing machine. The development process stabilizes the photoresist and the exposed portions of the material surface undergo the chemical milling process with the etching machine. The photoresist are then stripped off from the material surface.
Finally, we inspect the appearance and dimension of the products before shipping. TBT utilizes advanced manufacturing and measurement equipments in the entire process in order to produce high precision and high quality products.
To maintain process precision and yield, at TBT we strictly control the humidity, temperature and dust concentration of the process environment. We also control the concentration, viscosity and temperature of the chemical liquids used in the process in order to maintain production quality.
